Cheese Cleaver

For the host or foodie, this cheese cleaver is a must-have.  Part tool, part sculpture, the artist created this piece with entertaining in mind.  They cut the components out of high quality stainless steel, weld them together and finish the handle with two of their signature hammered leaves.  The cleaver is then buffed to a bright polish.  The blade has enough of an edge to easily cut and serve soft and semi-soft cheeses.  Approximately 10 3/4" long, dishwasher-safe and ready to use.
